YTO International Express and Supply Chain Technology Limited (HK:6123) has released an update.
YTO International Express has expanded its footprint in Central Asia by forming a partnership with KazPost, aiming to develop international and domestic courier delivery services in Kazakhstan. The new venture, with an initial capital of $1 million, will be owned 60% by YTO’s subsidiary Citynet and 40% by KazPost. This strategic move is expected to bolster YTO’s air and sea freight forwarding services in line with the company’s long-term growth strategies.
