YTL Cement Berhad has agreed to purchase a majority stake of 81.24% in NSL Ltd. for S$227.6 million, at a price of S$0.750 per share, through a conditional sale and purchase agreement. The transaction, brokered by RHB Bank Berhad, is expected to be finalized on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited subject to certain conditions. This strategic acquisition will significantly change the ownership structure of NSL Ltd.
