This divestment aligns with YPF’s strategy to concentrate its growth efforts on its core operations in the Vaca Muerta region. The sale will be reflected in YPF’s financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, under IFRS guidelines. Additionally, YPF granted the buyers a license to produce and commercialize its lubricant products in Brazil.
