YPF Sociedad Anónima has announced the early results of its exchange offer, allowing holders of its 8.500% Senior Notes due 2025 to swap for new 8.750% Senior Notes due 2031. The offer, capped at $500 million, achieved sufficient early participation by the September 18 deadline, ensuring no proration for tendered Old Notes. The early settlement is scheduled for September 20, 2024, with the exchange offer set to expire on October 3, 2024, unless altered.
