YPF Sociedad Anónima has announced the appointment of Guillermo Terraf as a new independent member of its Audit Committee, following a board meeting on August 7, 2024. The company’s Audit Committee now consists of three independent members, with Eduardo Alberto Ottino serving as the ‘Audit Committee Financial Expert’. This change aligns with the requirements of the National Securities Commission and stock market regulations in Argentina.
