YPF Sociedad Anónima has announced an exchange offer, inviting holders to swap their 8.500% senior notes due July 2025 for new 8.750% senior notes maturing in 2031. The offer aims to exchange up to a total of $500 million in notes, with specific terms and conditions detailed in the exchange offer memorandum. Eligible holders participating in the exchange will also receive an accrued coupon payment, with interest on the new notes accruing from the new money notes’ issuance date.
