Young & Co.’s Brewery, a UK-based company, successfully passed all resolutions during its 135th Annual General Meeting with overwhelming support from shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of annual accounts and reports, declaration of a final dividend, re-appointments of directors and auditors, and the authority for the company to make political donations and market purchases of its own shares. Notably, resolutions related to the disapplication of pre-emption rights also received a majority vote in favor.
