Young & Co.’s Executives Awarded Bonus Shares

Young & Co’S Brewery (GB:YNGA) has released an update.

Young & Co.’s Brewery PLC has announced that their executive directors have been awarded shares under the company’s deferred annual bonus scheme. Specifically, Simon Dodd, Mike Owen, Tracy Dodd, and Mark Loughborough received shares calculated based on the closing market price of £9.52 on June 26, 2024. These shares are subject to a restriction period of three years or until the termination of the director’s employment under certain conditions, meaning they cannot be sold immediately.
