At Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C., Torquil Sligo-Young, a Non-Executive Director and trustee of a family settlement, has transferred a total of 90,000 non-voting ordinary shares and 5,000 voting ordinary shares at no cost to the beneficiaries of the trust, including 20,000 shares to himself, and 10,000 shares to his adult son. These transactions occurred outside of a trading venue on September 17, 2024. Such share transfers by a person with managerial responsibilities often attract investor attention for potential impacts on company ownership and stock performance.
