At Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C., Torquil Sligo-Young, a Non-Executive Director and trustee of a family settlement, has transferred a total of 90,000 non-voting ordinary shares and 5,000 voting ordinary shares at no cost to the beneficiaries of the trust, including 20,000 shares to himself, and 10,000 shares to his adult son.
