Young & Co.’s Brewery P.L.C. has announced the transfer of shares by trustee and Non-Executive Director, Torquil Sligo-Young, to the beneficiaries of a trust and his adult son at no cost. The transaction, executed outside a trading venue on September 17, 2024, involved 5,000 A ordinary shares and 95,000 non-voting ordinary shares.
