Yorbeau Resources Inc. has successfully completed the sale of its Rouyn property to Lac Gold, receiving an immediate payment of C$3 million and securing future payments totaling C$25 million. Additionally, Yorbeau will benefit from a 2% net smelter returns royalty on minerals produced from the property, using proceeds to fund exploration and development activities on other sites.
