Yongmao Holdings Limited has announced a change in its corporate secretarial team, with Ms Cheok Hui Yee taking over the role from Ms Siau Kuei Lian effective from 16 September 2024. The company now has Mr Yap Soon Yong and Ms Cheok Hui Yee as its company secretaries. The Board has expressed gratitude to Ms Siau for her services during her tenure.
