Yonghe Medical Group Co., Ltd. has implemented a new electronic distribution system for its corporate communications, in accordance with the changes in the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from the end of 2023. Shareholders will no longer receive printed materials by default but can request them via a form or email. The electronic versions will be available on both the company’s and the Stock Exchange’s websites, and shareholders are encouraged to proactively access these documents online.
