Yonghe Medical Group Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Kam Mei Ha Wendy from her roles as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective from 22 August 2024. Ms. Ng Wai Kam is set to take over these positions, bringing over a decade of experience in corporate secretarial services. The company has also received a waiver related to the appointment of Ms. Han Zhimei as Joint Company Secretary until 12 December 2024.
