Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. announces a significant reshuffle of its leadership, with Mr. Serge Pun stepping down as Executive Chairman and Mr. Pun Chi Tung Melvyn taking over as the new Chairman and CEO effective from July 24, 2024. This change also includes the cessation of Mr. Pun Chi Yam Cyrus as Alternate Director, while the composition of the Board’s various committees remains unchanged.
