Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. has announced board changes effective August and September 2024, including the cessation of Mr. Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala and Mr. Alberto Larrazabal’s roles as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Alternate Director, respectively. Mr. Alberto Larrazabal will assume the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Pun Chi Yam Cyrus will join as an Executive Director. The Board’s overall composition and committee structures, however, will remain unchanged.
