Yield Go Holdings Ltd. (HK:1796) has released an update.

Yield Go Holdings Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on July 22, 2024, with the key agenda of proposing a name change from ‘Yield Go Holdings Ltd.’ to ‘Metaspacex Limited.’ The meeting will take place at their Hong Kong office, and all resolutions will be decided by poll. Shareholders are entitled to attend and vote, or appoint a proxy, with all relevant documentation required prior to the EGM.
