Yield Go Holdings Ltd. is set to rebrand as China Ti Yu Group Limited, pending shareholder approval and regulatory consent from the Cayman Islands. The name change, aimed at enhancing the company’s corporate image for future business prospects, will not affect shareholder rights or the company’s operations and financial standing. Share certificates under the old name will remain valid even after the name change, with all new issuances reflecting the new corporate identity.
