YHI International Limited has announced that its subsidiary, YHI Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd, faces charges for a breach of safety regulations resulting in an employee’s death. The Group’s COO, Alex Ong Chin Kiong, also faces charges for the same offence. The company has engaged legal counsel and will keep shareholders informed on significant updates.
