YHI International Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, led by newly elected Chairman, Mr Tay Tiang Guan. Shareholders were welcomed and introduced to the board, and all necessary documents had been previously provided through the company’s website and SGXNET. Voting procedures were established with the appointment of a Polling Agent and Scrutineers, and decisions were made via poll, with proxies voting as directed by shareholders.
