Yatra Online, Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of Globe All India Services Limited by purchasing its entire equity share capital for INR 128 crore (~USD 15.25 million) as per the share purchase agreement. The deal, which was initially reported in a Form 6-K filing on September 3, 2024, was finalized with all closing conditions met on September 11, 2024, with the purchase price paid in cash.
