Yanlord Land Group Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and Board Committees following the retirement of two key members. Mr. Hee Theng Fong, the Lead Independent Director, has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Teo Ser Luck now chairs the Audit Committee after stepping down as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee but remains a member.
