Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Xiao Yaomeng as director and general manager, effective from September 18, 2024, due to adjustments in work arrangements. He leaves with no disagreements and the company is set to promptly initiate the legal procedures to appoint a new general manager while Mr. Wang Jiuhong will temporarily take over the duties. The Board expresses sincere gratitude towards Mr. Xiao for his positive contributions to the company.
