Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board, including the retirement of Mr. Chen Timothy Teck Leng as Lead Independent and Non-Executive Director and the re-designation of Mr. Yee Kee Shian, Leon to this position. Additionally, Mr. Yee Chia Hsing has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from April 25, 2024, marking a new phase in the company’s leadership.
