Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board, including the retirement of Mr. Chen Timothy Teck Leng as Lead Independent and Non-Executive Director and the re-designation of Mr. Yee Kee Shian, Leon to this position.
