Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd., a leading Chinese shipbuilder, has entered into a joint venture with Tsuneishi Holdings Inc., acquiring a 34% stake in Tsuneishi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. The move, aimed at promoting decarbonization in shipbuilding and maritime industries, will be funded entirely from Yangzijiang’s internal resources and is expected to enhance the existing partnership by leveraging combined R&D and supply chain capabilities.
