Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd. has announced the cancellation of 276,611,100 treasury shares as of March 7, 2024, with the aim of enhancing shareholder value. This significant reduction in treasury shares from 410,249,900 to 133,638,800 represents a decrease in the percentage of treasury shares against total outstanding shares from 11.588% to 3.775%. The total value of the cancelled shares amounts to S$105,271,857.16.
