Yangtzekiang Garment Limited has announced that its share register will be closed from September 24 to September 27, 2024, for the upcoming AGM, and from October 8 to October 14, 2024, for determining entitlement to the final dividend. Share transfers for the AGM must be lodged by September 23, and for the dividend by October 7, 2024. The final dividend, subject to approval at the AGM, is expected to be paid around October 23, 2024.
