Yancoal Australia ( (AU:YAL) ) has provided an update.
Yancoal Australia has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of AUD 0.122 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. For Hong Kong shareholders, the payout will be made in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 0.6738914 per share, based on an exchange rate of AUD 1 to HKD 5.5237.
The shares will trade ex-dividend on 19 March 2026, with a record date of 20 March 2026 to determine entitlement. Dividend payment is scheduled for 15 April 2026, and Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services will act as share registrar for processing relevant transfers and maintaining the register.
