Yancoal Australia Ltd has announced the resignation of director Yaomeng Xiao, effective September 18, 2024, as disclosed in their Final Director’s Interest Notice to the ASX. The notice also reports Xiao’s holding of 100,000 Class H Shares and 682,500 Class A Shares in Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited. This regulatory announcement comes in accordance with the rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, where Yancoal is listed alongside its Australian listing.
