Yanchang Petroleum International Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Jianmin as an executive Director, effective from 22 July 2024. He is stepping down to focus on new work arrangements, with no disputes reported with the Board. Concurrently, the company has appointed Ms. Wang Haining, a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the petroleum sector, as the new executive Director.
