Yamaura Corporation ( (JP:1780) ) has shared an announcement.
Yamaura Corporation has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, FTT Management Co., Ltd., in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture, to handle the total management, sales planning, and operation of accommodation and restaurant facilities owned by the city. The company views conducting these transactions through a dedicated subsidiary as the most rational structure and plans to enter into service agreements with the new entity.
FTT Management will be capitalized at ¥200 million and is scheduled to be incorporated on May 18, 2026, with Yamaura holding 100% ownership and Hirofumi Izaki serving as representative. Following the launch of the subsidiary, Yamaura intends to shift to consolidated financial reporting from the fiscal year ending March 2027, while indicating that the impact on its consolidated results for that period is expected to be immaterial for now.
