Yamaha Ends Shareholder Benefit Plan for Fair Profits

Yamaha (JP:7951) has released an update.

Yamaha Corporation has announced the termination of its shareholder special benefit plan, opting instead to focus on rewarding its shareholders through dividends and other profit-return mechanisms. This strategic shift is part of Yamaha’s commitment to fair profit distribution and sustainable corporate value enhancement. The plan will be discontinued after the delivery of special goods to eligible shareholders on record as of March 31, 2024.
