Yadong Group Holdings Limited has announced a significant change in its shareholding structure, where Mr. Xue Shidong transferred his entire stake in Oriental Ever Holdings to his son, Mr. Xue Liang, without affecting the company’s controlling shareholding status. The transaction, involving 75% of Yadong’s total issued shares, has been exempted from triggering a mandatory general offer by the Executive, under the Takeovers Code rules.
