Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.48 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders have the option to convert their cash dividends into scrip shares at a rate of HKD 10.19 per share, with the election closing on July 29, 2024. The payment is scheduled for August 19, 2024, after shareholder approval on June 17, 2024.
