Y Ventures Group Ltd. has initiated a rights issue, releasing up to 246,854,000 new ordinary shares, and has dispatched the necessary documentation to eligible shareholders. Shareholders who have not received their Offer Information Statement and related forms can contact relevant authorities for assistance. However, the rights issue is restricted to Singapore, excluding foreign shareholders from participation.
