Y Ventures Group Ltd. has successfully completed a rights issue, resulting in the allotment and issuance of 246,854,000 new ordinary shares, doubling the total number of shares to 493,708,000. These shares will be on par with existing ones in all respects, aside from entitlements to dividends or distributions before their issuance. Starting from 7 October 2024, the new rights shares will be listed and tradable on the Catalist of the SGX-ST.
