Y Ventures Group Ltd. has announced the receipt of a listing and quotation notice from the SGX-ST for a proposed rights issue of up to 246,854,000 new ordinary shares. The rights issue is subject to company compliance with SGX-ST listing requirements and the lodgement of an Offer Information Statement. Additionally, the Securities and Industry Council confirmed that Undertaking Shareholders would not be required to make a mandatory offer for the company following the rights issue.
