At the Annual General Meeting of Y Ventures Group Ltd., Executive Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Low Yik Sen welcomed shareholders and acknowledged the departing Independent Director Mr. Ng Tiong Gee for his contributions. The meeting proceeded with a quorum, and all resolutions were voted on by poll in compliance with the company’s constitution and the Catalist Rules of SGX-ST, facilitated by appointed agents who also oversaw the electronic voting process.
