Y Ventures Group Ltd. has announced the retirement of Mr. Ng Tiong Gee as an Independent Director, effective at the upcoming AGM scheduled for 22 April 2024. Mr. Ng’s departure will lead to a reconstitution of the Board and its Committees, with details of the new composition released, indicating changes primarily in the Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees.
