XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation has announced that two of its properties, XYMAX Iwamotocho Building and XYMAX Shinjuku-Gyoen Building, have achieved the highest CASBEE certification rank of ‘S’ for their outstanding environmental performance, including energy efficiency and excellent use of space. The company has now certified 85.2% of its property floor area as Green Buildings and pledges to continue enhancing its environmental initiatives and resource usage efficiency.
