XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation announced it will borrow 186 million yen from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. at a base rate plus 0.15000%, with the funds earmarked for acquiring a 20% interest in karaksa hotel Sapporo and associated expenses. The short-term loan will mature on January 31, 2025, increasing the company’s total interest-bearing debt to 19,901 million yen.
