XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation has successfully completed the sale of the XYMAX Mita Building, an office property located in Minato Ward, Tokyo. The property, coded OF-08, was sold for 890 million yen on September 3, 2024. This transaction follows the company’s earlier announcement on July 29 regarding the intended transfer of the real estate trust beneficiary right.
