XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation has announced the completion of the Hirakata IM Plaza, a retail facility in Osaka, backed by preferred investment securities. The property, with a total floor area of 8,308.73 square meters, is fully occupied with three tenants and generates an annual rent of 329 million yen. XYMAX has not yet decided to acquire the property, pending further due diligence.
