XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation has announced that AEON Mall Co., Ltd., a tenant occupying 72.5% of the leasable area at Vita Seiseki-Sakuragaoka, will terminate its lease on August 31, 2025. Despite the lease termination, XYMAX REIT’s fiscal forecasts remain unchanged and discussions are underway with XYMAX Corporation to take over the lease. The company is considering several options to maintain profitability, including property renewal and renovation, to enhance unitholder value.
