XXL ASA has successfully completed a subsequent offering of 85,714,285 new class A-shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.70, with the share capital increase now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Securities Oslo, increasing the company’s total share capital to NOK 985,429,771.60 across over 2.4 billion shares.
