XXF Group Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:2473) ) has shared an announcement.

XXF Group has entered into new sale-and-leaseback arrangements under which an indirect wholly owned subsidiary and certain units will sell automobiles to a lessor for about RMB5.3 million and lease them back for 48 months for total rent of roughly RMB5.8 million. The vehicles, which did not generate revenue in 2024 and 2025, are being financed at terms set with reference to their net asset value and procurement cost, providing upfront liquidity while preserving operational use.

Because the latest deal must be aggregated with previous sale-and-leaseback agreements concluded since early January 2026, the combined transactions meet the threshold for a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, triggering reporting and announcement requirements but not a shareholder vote. Guarantees provided by executive director and substantial shareholder Huang Wei in support of the arrangements are treated as fully exempt connected financial assistance, indicating the company’s continued reliance on structured financing that remains within standard regulatory parameters.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:2473) stock is a Sell with a HK$3.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on XXF Group Holdings Ltd. stock, see the HK:2473 Stock Forecast page.
