Xunlei Limited has announced an expansion to its 2020 share incentive plan, adding 14,964,145 common shares from repurchased American depository shares to the award pool, now totaling 61,525,345 shares. Furthermore, the company has instituted a share incentive plan for its subsidiary, Shenzhen Onething, transferring 30% of its equity to selected participants at nominal cost, while retaining a 70% stake.
