Xtract One Technologies Inc. has announced the pricing of its up to $5 million public offering, consisting of units priced at $0.51 each, with an option for agents to increase the offering size by 15%. The offer includes common shares and warrants, with an expected close date of April 24, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals. Agents will be compensated with cash commissions and the option to purchase additional shares at $0.51 for 24 months post-closing.
