Xtract One Technologies Inc. has successfully completed a public offering and a strategic private placement, raising a total of $8.54 million. In the public offering, over 14 million units were sold, including common shares and warrants, while Madison Square Garden Sports Corp.’s subsidiary MSG Sports invested $1.4 million privately. The company plans to use the funds raised for working capital and general corporate purposes.
