Xtep International Holdings Limited has announced a special dividend of HKD 0.447 per share, with shareholders’ approval set for 23 August 2024 and the ex-dividend date on 03 September 2024. The dates for the closure of the register of members and the record date for entitlement were updated after the initial announcement made on 9 May 2024. Payment date for the dividend is yet to be announced.
